Ranchi Chowkidar Salary / Pay Scale

• Pay Scale of Chowkidar: Sixth Revised Pay Scale PB-1, 5200-20200, Grade - Pay - 1800 based on the Seventh Revised Pay Scale Schedule-1, Pay Matrix Level-1, 18000-56900, Basic Pay of Rs. 18000.00 and other allowances payable from time to time.

Ranchi Chowkidar Bharti 2024 Selection Process

• Written Examination - The written exam will be of 50 marks. In the written exam, questions related to general knowledge and local language related to the district will be asked. It will be mandatory to get minimum 30% marks in the written exam. The list of successful candidates will be prepared in the ratio of 1:3 .... The syllabus of the written exam will be of 50 (fifty) multiple choice questions related to general knowledge and local language and will be of one and a half hours. No marks will be deducted for wrong answers.
